ACS relaunched its flagship scholarship for the 2026–2027 academic year, replacing the long-running "ACS Scholars Program." Supports US high school seniors and undergraduates pursuing chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or a related chemical science.
Funds a 6–8 week summer research placement in a chemistry-related area (lab-based or remote) for undergraduates in the middle years of their degree, to build real research experience.

Germany's national scholarship agency funds full master's and PhD study in Germany across all subjects, including chemistry — most public German universities also charge no tuition fees. DAAD Pakistan runs dedicated info sessions for local applicants.
Fully-funded master's and PhD study in the UK for students from developing Commonwealth countries, including Pakistan. Covers science and technology fields alongside development-focused subjects. Pakistani applicants apply via HEC, which nominates candidates to the Commission.
United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP)

Fully-funded graduate study in the US for Pakistani citizens, open to all fields (except clinical medicine) — chemistry and the physical sciences are welcome. Covers tuition, airfare, a living stipend, and health insurance.
Fully-funded one-year UK master's for future leaders from over 160 countries, open to any subject including chemistry and materials science. Pakistan is consistently one of the largest recipient countries. Requires ~2 years' work experience and a 2-year return commitment.
Funds PhD study, including chemistry and the sciences, entirely within HEC-recognized Pakistani universities — with a monthly stipend so scholars can research full-time without financial pressure.
